Hi, my name is Ben Koenig, I want to be a realtor when I grow up. I was wondering, when do you use fractions in your job?

Benjamin and Andrew,

You muxt have knowledge of fractions, decimals, and percents if you want to become a realitor. Selling and buying houses revolve around precentages. People want to sell houses and make profits, which are reported in percentages. The profit I make as part of my job comes from a percentage of the sell of the house. Decimals are used when figuring taxes on a home when they are sold or bought. In other words, my job depends on fractions, decimals, and percentages everyday. I hope this answers your questions, if not ask more!
