Hello,I'm Riley Foster and I wanted to interview you but lets start with just a couple questions to get to know each other. First, why did you choose the culinary business?
Hi my name is Nefertiti Luna. What do you like about your job?
This is Nefer again...I would like to interview the cake decorator.
Riley,
I choose this profession for many reasons. First, I love art and can add my artistic creativity to the cakes I decorate. Second, I love to bake and eat desserts too. Third, I have always wanted to be a business owner and thought owning a bakery would be perfect.
Nefertiti Luna, I really like the ability to create new recipes and learn how the process of baking takes place. Everyday is like a science project. I also love applying my creative side to all the cakes I decorate.
Denon,I have another question to ask you for this project. How do you use fraction's in your job??
As a master chef or a pastry chef, fractions are a major part of everyday's work. Measurements of ingredients are in fractional parts. We must consider the percentages of ingredients to make the recipies turn out right. Decimals are also important when we determine cooking times.
Hey Denon this Nefer luna I wanted to know how you youse fractions in paseter cook.
